Service Description
This session is designed for parents, family members, caregivers, and others who play a supportive role in an adult's life. We'll talk through their goals, explore practical strategies that fit into day-to-day life, and identify ways to support greater independence while honoring their choices and strengths. Because their voice is an important part of the process, I strongly encourage the adult you support to participate in at least part of the consultation whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
